I could not sit, stand or walk without excruciating pain.  I would stand in the shower crying and praying for help.  I was so afraid that the problem would be permanent and that I would need surgery.  Depression set in.  Please go to the internet and research Spinal Decompression.  It is FDA approved and it works.  I don’t have pain now and won’t need surgery.  I can go on with my life.
